Our company

Founded in 2022, Eastern Acres Developments Ltd. was the brainchild of hobby developer Adrian O’Neill and real estate agent Morgan Zwicker. Beginning as a means of finding value in under-utilized rural land, the company quickly grew to include a more complete approach to rural housing needs through land subdivision, road and infrastructure development, new home construction, and long-term and short-term rentals.

The company has quickly expanded to include 4 carpenters with a knack for efficient construction with an emphasis on affordability, and an executive administrator to run the operations and communications.

The vision remains focused on rural landscapes - promoting opportunity for small-scale, economical, affordable, and unobtrusive development while boosting the housing supply in Nova Scotia, providing equitable and growth-minded employment, and offering investors secure real-estate backed earning opportunities.
